Useful questions and answers

Are pets welcome at the hotel? Any size?
Yes, but only dogs over two years of age are allowed (therefore NO puppies, and cats and other animals are NOT allowed).

 

Can I take my 4-legged friends in the restaurant/breakfast room?
No, they are not allowed, as RIMINI ASL health regulations prohibit it. There is a terrace and a veranda near the breakfast room, where you can stay with your dog, but lunch and dinner (which are served at the restaurant at Hotel Derby) are restricted to human guests.
According to the ASL health regulations, 4-legged friends are also banned from the hotels' swimming pool areas.

 

Does the hotel have a car park?
Hotel Diamond features 2 car parks, both free: one is enclosed and on the hotel premises,  unmanned and with limited places (for guests not using their car during the stay), the other is outside the hotel premises, manned 24/24, and situated roughly 500 m from the Hotel (open June to September).

 

Is the restaurant inside the hotel?
The breakfast room is inside Hotel Diamond.
Lunch and dinner are not served in the facility but at Hotel Derby, just a stone's throw from Hotel Diamond, owned and run by us as well.

 

Can I ask for menus suitable for those suffering from allergies, food intolerances, and coeliac disease?
The Hotel restaurant is not fitted with a double kitchen; nevertheless, our staff carefully respect regulations and work steps in order to avoid contamination.
Those suffering from specific allergies or food intolerances can bring their own products, which will be suitably stored.

 

How do I book? Payment info
We generally require a deposit for your booking.
Should you cancel or not show up, the Hotel will not return the paid deposit.
For early depart, that is before the day agreed in the confirmation, the hotel will debit you, as penalty, the equivalent of the rate for 1 night.

As customary, the hotel asks our guests to settle the bill upon arrival (accepted cash cards and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard).

Check in from 12:00 noon, check out within 10:00 am

 

Does the Hotel have a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, throughout the facility, and it is free.

 

Can you provide discounts on theme parks and concession tickets for discos?
Yes, through a (trusted) PR, who comes to the hotel upon appointment.
Concession tickets for most of Rimini's and Riccione's theme parks and discos. 

 

Are there any architectural barriers?
Unfortunately yes, there are a number of structural architectural barriers in the hotel.

 

Do you have bicycles reserved for your guests?
Yes, you can hire them, and they are only available during daytime hours (6:00 am to 8:00 pm).
We have five women's frame bicycles, which are hired for maximum two hours, so that most of our guests have the chance to ride them.

 

Does the hotel close at night?
No, the reception and bar are open 24/24.
